  -  get_widget_derived(): Reference-counting correction.
  - create_from_file(), add_from_file(), create_from_string(), 
  add_from_string(): Add method overloads that take a char* for the object ID, 
  to avoid ambiguity so these can actually be used.
* Container: Avoid unnecessary warnings about an unimplemented remove vfunc 
  in custom container widget classes.
