Sponsoship for hackfests

Hello Foundation members,

the board has just assigned a budget to the Travel Committee for the
first half of the 2015 financial year (October 2014-March 2015). If
you are planning to hold a hackfest in the upcoming year, it would
help the Travel Committee plan ahead if you make sure to list your
planned hackfest at https://wiki.gnome.org/Hackfests/

If you are interested in organising a hackfest, have a look at

involves.

If you need sponsorship to attend an event, please send in your
request as early as possible so that the Travel Committee can make you
an offer while the travel and/or accommodation prices are low. This
will help the Travel Committee offer sponsorship to as many people as
possible.

requesting sponsorship. Please read the instructions carefully and
follow them. The request forms were updated earlier this year, so you
may need to download a new version.
