Developer Experience Hackfest

Hi all,

Alberto and I are putting a developer experience hackfest together.
The last one was about a year ago and was a big success, and we want
to keep up the momentum. Topics that we're planning to cover include
GTK+, developer tooling and documentation.

The current tentative plan is to have the hackfest in Munich, Germany,
between April 30 and May 2.

If you are interested in this area and would like to attend, please
put your name down on the wiki. This will really help us to get the
event organised.
