yes, and I apologize: I've been travelling a lot, and had to edit the
minutes that I didn't take, more than I expected.

at the next board meeting at GUADEC we're going to discuss having a
fallback policy in case the secretary is not available. I also wrote
down all the process and guidelines to get other people up to speed in
a timely manner.
