Hi Karen,

IDLELO is biennal - once every two years only.

Perhaps we need to start building up a list of people who are in a 
position to travel to events like this? I'm thinking of people who are 
independent consultants, or who work for sympathetic employers - ideally 
by geographical area. Obviously not having a good idea of who we can ask 
has made finding people for things like this tricky.
