You can vote for as few or as many candidates as you choose.
Your vote will be counted for your first choice candidate as
long as that candidate is still in the race. When your first choice candidate is eliminated,
your vote will transfer to the next preference candidate still
in the race.

I'm not Danielle, but as far as I'm concerned we can start by using
"she" instead of "he", but the composite "she or he" or "he or she"
forms would be fine as well.
