Meeting minutes for all-day board meeting on July 3rd published

The meeting minutes for the all-day board meeting on July 3rd is
now published, and can be found here:

Since it was an all day event, these minutes are a bit longer than
normal.  If anybody has any comments, or suggestions on how to
improve how the board communicates the meeting minutes to the
foundation list and the public, just let me know.
