Maybe, but mentions of "free software" to balance these could be added
anywhere equally prominent. For example, the first sentence of paragraph 2:
The program is sponsored by GNOME Foundation, Mozilla Foundation, Google's
Open Source Program, Canonical, and Novell.
Here, it could start with "This free software developement program[...]"
