Here's the current status (just repeating the explanation that was sent
to board-list):

 + financial statements need signature from an accountant

 + 2004-2005 period and 2005-2006 period: we were missing some
   information which makes our current accountant unwilling to sign a
   statement.

 + we need to figure out what's right to do from a legal point of view:
   publishing unsigned financial information might be an issue...

 + 2006-2007 period: the financial statements will get signed by our
   current accountant, but it will take a few months. (Thanks to Rosanna
   for making everything sane again!)
