Wohoo! Finally! This is the document I've been wanting since the start
of the foundation. 

Unfortunately, the pdf is cutoff (in the great Evince). Any chance we
could get this in a spreadsheet format parsable by the fantastic
Gnumeric? I'd like to wring some info out of this raw data.
