Isn't there already a Chairperson of the Board who does the anti-entropy
stuff?
Why do decisions have to wait for meetings? There's a mailing list. I
think the chairperson should be able to call for a decision on a mailing
list and set a time limit. I don't think we should be encouraging anyone
to just decide without consultation.
