The board received an submission from Norway very soon after GU4DEC, and
made sure the organisers knew that we would be going through this selection
process. They're going to send a second submission answering the questions
in our announcement email.

So, Norway are our first application, but we hope to have a very difficult
decision between many excellent submissions! :-)
