The only problem I can see is that we have been very liberal with
other people's usage of the GNOME logo, corporate or not. We have
allowed just about anyone who wants to use, use it. Perhaps for such a
'technical review program' we can create a new logo.

Of course there would have to be a mailing list set up to agree on the
new logo :)
