elections committee

Hi,

Since I am one of the release coordinators for GNOME 1.4 and a GNOME
steering committee member, I think I have too many administrative
tasks already to do a good job as a member of the elections committee.

I'd like to resign from the membership/elections commmittee and
suggest substituting Bart for myself.
