Git build problems

Quite a lot of people seem to be having trouble building from git.

I've written up some instructions here:

This should get you building. Feedback welcome, I'm on #f-spot (rubenv)
if you have trouble.

Ideally this should be on the website. Am too busy with the master
thesis to do that now.
