Skipping is indicated in the import window by the counter going up but
no imported image shown; better indication of what is happening should
be trivial to add though.
Currently the md5 sum and the mime type of images are compared; but
nothing prevents us for doing smarter stuff in the compare, like
analyzing metadata etc. In that scenario the md5 serves as starting
point to check for _possible_ duplicates.
