SVN keeps losing the database

I just changed into SVN version of F-spot. I have used it for couple of days, and I have one problem. Sometimes F-spot starts just nicely, but sometimes it starts with an empty database with no pictures at all.
Is there something I could do for this, it is kind of time consuming to re-import the pictures all the time?
