Tags with multiple parents

Hi.

I think it may be useful if tags can have multiple parents.
Say, you have tag named "John Black" and that John Black is your
Co-worker and your friend.
It needs to have the same "John Black" tag in "Co-worker" category and
in "Friends" category.
