Picasaweb upload issue

I'm using SVN revision 3104 (it has been awhile!)

I'm able to upload to picasweb just fine using my gmail picasaweb
account. However using a non-gmail account as a picasaweb google account
causes the upload to fail. It seems to be able to login in and create an
album, but cannot upload pictures and the free space status message says
something like "-1 free of 0"

Is this a known issue? I can upload to both accounts from the picasa2
win app.
