RE:f-spot vs gallery2



They are totally different in every way! gallery2 works server side and
f-spot works locally and relies on a pre-configured website. I guess if you
want more control over how your site looks go with gallery2, if you just
want to upload quickly and aren't too interested in personalising the design
aspect of your site use f-spot combined with picasaweb or something similar.

I suppose the way to get the best of both worlds is to combine the 2 (f-spot
locally uploading to gallery2)

Could someone please tell me the advantages and disadvantages
of f-spot as opposed to gallery2 for setting up a slide-show on a web-site,
please.
