I had this problem - I had installed the plugin with 0.4.0 (before
realising it wouldn't work then). I had to uninstall and reinstall the
plugin (and possibly restart f-spot inbetween - I did restart it, but
I'm not sure if it was required) to get the Tools menu to appear.

Now I have, though - it doesn't seem to work. I have two files, one .cr2
and one .jpeg but it doesn't seem to do anything when I select the menu
item. Well, it does _something_ for about 5 minutes, but it doesn't
match up the two files.
