SVN compile fails with unknown namespace `Addins.Localization'

Hi f-spotters,

I checked out the latest svn version (3513) and building fails in
Mono.Addins with a big bunch of error messages stating that the
namespace Addins.Localization could not be found. The first message is 

./Mono.Addins/AddinManager.cs(34,19): error CS0234: The type or
namespace name `Localization' does not exist in the namespace
`Mono.Addins'. Are you missing an assembly reference?


I am using ubuntu 7.10, Mono C# compiler version 1.2.4.0
The last version which compiles is SVN revision 3467, revision 3468
bails out with the above error messages as well. 

Do I need to install something else, like Mono.Addins from somewhere?
