Setting up an extension repository

Hi,

I just tried to set up an extension repository for my extension and Ifollowed the steps Stephane sent me by mail. Executing make mpack I getthis output.

Creating package FSpot.ImportRawProcessed_1.00.mpack

What am I doing wrong?
