I could not reproduce the import crash. But I had some import errors
which I reported here http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=471709

I also had f-spot to crash while exporting a thousand pictures to a
folder, see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=471713
