To summarize it, the purpose of the patch and the goal is to implement a plugin support for f-spot focusing on the export plugins. So, what can YOU do to make that goal a success ? - test and review the latest patch and plugins in this bug entry: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=345395 - port the actual export schemes as plug-ins (I can help you a lot on this) - and the most important thing: find a sexy name for calling our plugins. Larry proposed to call them 'extensions' (the next release of the patch is adapted to reflect this in the whole code base), but maybe you can propose better name.
