FlickrNet not honouring --prefix?

Hi all,

I've just updated my head build for the first time in a bit (I've been 
working off the F_SPOT_QUERY branch) - and I'm finding that the 
FlickrNet code isn't honouring the --prefix flag --- it's trying to 
install into /usr/local/lib even though I've told it to go into 
/sw/f-spot-head

I'm working around it for the moment by hacking the Makefile.

Does anyone know if this is intentional behaviour, or should I be 
opening a bug?
