I think it's not possible in f-spot (again, the field 'name' in the
table 'Tags' is UNIQUE)... maybe Larry can share his point of view on
this...

I don't know. If we implement this to have a backup facility, maybe it's
worth storing also the tag hierarchy (with or without tag icons...)
