OK all, I've redone the import patch. The UI is redone to be much more like the old UI. Now the import type specific options have been moved right below the option menu, and are dependent on the source that is selected.
Would anyone interested in importing from Gallery or in the import dialog in general try this patch and report any problems? Apply the patch from inside the src/ dir. It's against current CVS.
