Release Announcements?

Hello,

I was wondering where the release announcements for f-spot are sent?
They don't appear on this list, nor gnome-announce, and they're not on
the f-spot.org website. I can't seem to find any information about
releases anywhere. The website lists the current version but there's no
changelog or details that I could find.
