I sent a lot of the same fixes a month back with no response so far,
please take a look at those patches so we don't end up doing the same
work twice :-)

I started sending updated patches recently when Matthew also commited
some of the same changes that I had sent earlier.

wrt the sa-junk-plugin change where you remove an unused function you
should make sure that it's not just there as a placeholder for the
string that's translated there.

I'll send off the rest of my cleanups now.
