no, what NotZed means is that the menu should have:
[ ] Sign
[ ] Encrypt
just like your proposal, but instead of prompting every time as to wher
or not to use clearsign, just make it a preference for the user to
configure in the preferences dialog. Probably should be a per-account
choice? Just like the other pgp preferences...
so in the Account Editor in the Security tab, add a checkbox:
[ ] When signing messages, use clearsigning when possible.
or something like that...
but have the checkbox default to OFF (we want PGP/MIME to be the
default)
Anyways, I know I originally disagreed with just having Sign/Encrypt
menu items (suggesting instead to also have a Clearsign menu), but I
have reconsidered and I think NotZed's minor alteration of your approach
is the better solution.
