This seems logical to me. I would really like some time to try to
collect data from warm bodies (er, users) to see how/if people use the
disabled accounts in the composer. 

Jeff, thanks a lot for your promptness in working on this one, all the
same. Its heartening to see the gui getting fejjie-love. ;)
