Yes, it should go into help/ (sorry not to warn you about that
earlier)-- /doc is for devel docs, /help is for user docs. Not a very
clear distinction.

Second, I think we did say that PDF or PS was fine -- Docbook isn't
really an option unless we add printing support to Yelp, which is not a
short project, although I'm sure shaunm would love you for it. I am
concerned that this may be difficult to update, but I don't know what
other options we have ... 

As long as we're sure to use the native pdf reader I think we're OK--
I'm willing to assume that there is one, and that it prints well. We'll
have to be sure the PDF looks good in kghostview though, which I think
is what KDE uses.
