In order to get Oauth2 working for 365 I had to remove my account from Online Accounts in Ubuntu settings, make sure it was completely removed from Evolution, then manually add the account as ews using https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx as the server. Once you add it a window will pop up for Authentication. I just did this again yesterday and a new setup and it works perfectly.
