recent libsoup released is 3.2.2.

Well, sort of? I'm showing libsoup-gnome2.4-1 with that version and
libsoup3.0-0 with a version number of 3.2.1-2.
I know I have the version that is supposed to fix the libsoup error.
I'm on Debian Bookworm(testing) and I get the distro updates.
