[Evolution] Can't enter text into new Mail

I'm not a native speaker and my explaination might be not clear enough. 
Please ask if you need more information or details.

Evolution 3.40.4-1ubuntu2 on Ubuntu 21.10 with 3 mail accounts


Since 04/29/2022 the text field of a new message ist grayed out and I 
can't enter the message body. All other fields (TO, CC, BCC, subject) 
are usable. To make sure ist is a general problem I created a new user, 
opened evolution, created 1 account and have the same problem there.


Friday morning I updated my system, find the apt log below:
