[Evolution] What triggers asking for set up

Flatpak:        1.11.1

Kernel: 5.4.0-73-generic x86_64 bits: 64 

Desktop: MATE 1.22.2

Distro: Linux Mint 19.3 Tricia

Ok,  I'm stupid, but I rebuild my flatpak instance every time there is a kernel update using the

"Receiving updates"  section of https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evolution/Flatpak

Lately,  about every 3rd kernel update when I bring up the rebuilt Evolution,  it comes up asking

me to enter all my accounts again ( 8 currently).  So what triggers that ask if I'm only doing

updates?
