Thanks Milan for your reply, and sorry for my delayed answer. Was a week
on vacation which actually caused all this trouble.

Yes the meeting is organized by someone else on the Office 365 platform.
I filed a bug here for everyone interested.

I'm willing to help here with testing/sending logs whatever I can do to
