It is not clear on the GNOME Evolution web page where to submit requests for changes to the application. Maybe someone can add this for me.

Please change the Compose section of Settings to not use the
words "start typing" because this is interpreted to mean "you are
not supposed to start typing". See quote below.
No, and that's been explained several times now: You are not supposed to start typing but to think and use your keyboard to remove unneeded quotes first, and then type after having gone through the quote.
