Yes, my mistake, I was trying different things. Sorry.

Ok, although  it could happen it makes sense to reply to a message by 'Edit as a
New Message'. 

Besides that, I do not see  how to have View/'From override field' unchecked by
default on the composer window, do you see? 

Anyway, I learnt my lesson, and I am going to leave it at that.
