        Hi,
it is expected. Evolution prefers the safest method. No probe is done
there (when it comes to it, none can be done with Office365.com, though
with OAuth2 in general, because it would require prompt for
credentials).

You can go Back in the new Mail Account Wizard and change the
authentication mechanism before finishing the wizard.
