No, it's a vanilla linux server, running postfix, I guess.

Delete. Press "delete" key. Not remove the "important" flag".

Messages disappear for a few seconds and reappear quickly. It happens
always, a second attempt always is successful.

No, they come from two different accounts, both at the same server.
