Re: [Evolution] How to disable warnings

Hi,

Deleting the ~/.cache/evolution/mail/ folder solved the problem. Thank you.

Best regards,

Is there a way to disable these warnings or fix this problem?

        Hi,
you cannot disable the warnings, they are there to inform you that
something failed. If I understand the error properly, then it failed to
refresh folder 00_en_cours (it means that if there was any change in
that particular folder on the server then you do not see it) with an
error (probably as returned by the server) "ID is incorrect". You name
the account as 'Exchange'; is it, by any chance, an Exchange Web
Services (EWS) account? What is the Evolution version (seen in Help->
About)? Is there anything special about that 00_en_cours folder? Maybe
it changed on the server in some way.

You can try to close Evolution and delete ~/.cache/evolution/mail/
directories, which contain local information from all of your remote
mail accounts (being it EWS, IMAP, NNTP,...). You can delete only a
single subdirectory, the one for this 'Exchange' account. Then, when
you run evolution, it'll reload information about the server content
from scratch, possibly updates the folder list with correct IDs and
correct content. That may help to avoid the error, until the next time,
when "that something" changes again.

        Bye,
        Milan
