        Hi,
there's a 3rd-party plugin called evolution-rss, which can be used to
subscribe to RSS feeds. Once installed, it's shown in
Edit->Preferences, as the last item beside Mail Accounts, Contacts, and
so on. The sources can be found here:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution-rss/
but many distributions package it for their users.

You may read the chapters/paragraphs above it too, only note that what
you'd need is just development files (packages) for evolution-data-
server and evolution, no need to build them too.

Also note that an installation of such plugin may require restart of
Evolution, to load the added (installed) libraries.
