When you say "group email" do you mean to a mailing list or just to
multiple recipients?
Multiple recipients, their e-mails separated by commas
Does the copy of the email in your sent folder look OK?\
Yes, it looks fine.
Is it everyone that you send it to that sees the problem?
when I checked with my family, my Mom on Juno could see it, husband and
son on Gmail had no problem either. It seems to be groups larger than
3.
Is the problem reliably reproducible?
If I send it to the homeschool co-op, it doesn't work, that's 20
families on various systems and all at once.
Is it only when you send PDFs?
I haven't tried another format.
Every time you send a PDF?
For the last week or so.
You could try including your own address in the list to see if it gets
mangled by the external MTA. (Verizon uses Yahoo I believe - Yahoo is
not without its issues!)
Oddly, it isn't working with Verizon (yes, AOL) or with my other address
through HostMonster.
My husband has not updated everything but the LinuxMint, and is
installing a new hard drive. We'll update in a week or so.
Thanks all,
Christine
