[Evolution] How to hide "X-Mailer" and sender IP address from headers?

I can't find any setting to hide "X-Mailer: Evolution 3.20.5" from
mail header. Is that possible? I don't insist to inform each receiver
about what software I use.

I am also looking for a way to send emails using Gnome Evolution
without reveling sender's IP address (or by anonymizing it).

How can I do these 2 things?
