A bit more info  which seems to verify this
I entered 96.115.227.72  as the incoming mail server and clicked on
"check supported types"
after about 4 minutes I got the Cert info asking if I wanted to accept 
clicked on yes and the type box was no longer greyed out

I think xinfinity is an good name for their servers as for a computer
it take nearly infinity to get an answer
