[Evolution] Mark for deletion?

Evolution on one of my computers is configured so that it puts a
strikeout through the message header when it's deleted, instead of
instantly moving it to the trash folder.  Then it's deleted when I
expunge the folder.  I can't find the configuration setting for that on
my other computers (or indeed on the first one).  Where is it?
