Hi,
the above lines do not give much information to know what could went
wrong. What does is a backtrace. There are different programs which can
catch crashes and eventually report them to bugzilla (this kind of
issues really belongs to bugzilla, https://bugzilla.gnome.org , rather
than here on the user mailing list).
