[Evolution] HTML editor

Hi all,
I'm writing from an updated oldstable debian box (Jessie - 8.10) with Gnome 3.14.1 and Evolution 3.12.9. I'm wondering if it's possible to improve in some way the Evolution HTML editor, since it's really basic. What I really need are ordered/unorderd lists.

I tried the "External editor" plugin, but it works only on text mail.
